Spring is here and asparagus have started to sprout. We have just started harvesting our 7 acres of asparagus and it will be a little slow with the cold and freeze in the forecast but we do have asparagus. We will be open weekends through May 9am-4pm at the farm. There is also a self serve fridge available at the farm daily. Asparagus is $4.00 a lb in 1 lb bundles, 11 or 30 lb boxes. Enjoy it while you can as it is a short season. We have a fleet of three harvest carts working on a daily basis for the freshest asparagus.
